		<description>This is awesome information.  I read CHS all the time, and have been curious about how it - and other neighborhood blogs - are doing things.  I&#039;m also on the edge of my seat, like many, about what the heck is going to happen next in the world of media.  Personally, find neighborhood blogs a really useful tool I hope can become a viable income for the people who run them.</description>
